What to expect

No appointment needed.
No pressure whatsoever.

Walk in during business hours and someone from the family will sit with you. You can look at stone samples, flip through lettering catalogs, and take your time deciding whether any of this feels right.

If you are calling about a recent loss, we will listen first and ask questions second. There is no script.

If you are pre-planning for yourself or a spouse, we will take notes, prepare a design file, and hold it indefinitely — no payment required to begin.

What to bring

  • Name, birth year, and death year of the person being memorialized
  • Cemetery name and lot number (if you have it)
  • Any preferred wording, verse, or image you have in mind
  • A photo of the deceased if you want a portrait etching
  • DD-214 or discharge papers if it is a veterans memorial

Do not worry if you do not have all of this. Come in with what you have — we will work from there.
